Yvonne graduated from the College of New Rochelle with a fine arts degree and attended Yale University's School of Art, where she studied photography with Walker Evans. Saratoga Springs - Yvonne Barber Libonati, a documentary photographer, has died on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at age 80.

Pat then worked for two years as a high school math teacher and completed his master’s degree, before heading back to Michigan State for a Ph.D. in applied mechanics.

Pat began work in the automotive safety field, leading design and testing efforts to make vehicles more durable. He started his career at Cornell Aeronautical Laboratories, and eventually formed his own company in 1977, MGA Research Corporation. Scores of MGA employees continue to spearhead safety efforts in automotive, aircraft, and space vehicle design. Pat was an international leader, testifying before Congress about automotive safety, and becoming the first person in his discipline to publish an article in Scientific American. He served on advisory boards for the Michigan State University Engineering College for many years. We strive to ease the burdens of sorrow and doubt our families and friends may experience while attempting to navigate life's transition to eternal rest.
